My day-to-day responsibilities focus on our communication/visual design needs. I do everything from producing journey maps, handbooks, collateral materials for our innovation day events that inspire caregivers and the community (for example, we’ve hosted innovation events in partnership with Great Lakes Biomimicry and NASA), presentations (for others in the system and senior executives), pitch deck materials for UH-driven startup companies, and overall ownership of the graphics in various forms. In addition, I am doing UI/UX work. I am remaking the UHV website. I conduct user interviews, make personas, and sketch out wireframes for the next website update.
